Affiliation and remittance

If your local is not affiliated to the committee and would like to join, we’d love to have you – you can download the fillable affiliation form and send it to albertahealthcarecommittee@gmail.com .

Dues are only 10 cents per member per month.

Affiliated locals can download our remittance form here and follow the instructions to send in your cheque.
